Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as spills or breakdowns, and perform clean-up and repair tasks as needed.

    • Prepare detailed reports, work orders, and maintenance logs, ensuring accurate records are maintained for all tasks performed.
  5. Training:

    • Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance their skills.
  6. Communication:

    • Communicate with staff and the public to provide necessary information, explain activities and policies, and address concerns or questions.
  7. Technical Skills:

    • Utilize specialized tools and equipment related to mechanical, electrical, or structural maintenance, ensuring all systems function correctly.
  8. Soft Skills:

    • Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a variety of situations.

Working Environment:

  • The job may involve working in challenging environments with exposure to noise, dust, grease, smoke, fumes, solvents, gases, and varying temperature conditions.
